Prior to launching Scott Law, Dan spent over 12 years in the private client/trust & estates practice group at major international law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP. Over the course of his career, Dan has had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s wealthiest families and seen first-hand what works, and doesn’t work, when it comes to successful legacy planning. A pioneer in his field, Dan has published countless articles and given numerous talks on the topic of legacy planning.
